Q. I have listed my timeshare 3 times with different listing companies to sell my time share. How is your company different?
A. We don't sell time shares and we don't promise to sell time shares. We are not a listing company. We don't charge an upfront fee for a listing. If you accept our offer then we assume title and all responsibility for maintenance fees, taxes and assessments from this day forward.
Q. I would like to speak with someone over the phone. How can I make that happen?
A. If you call our number 1-417-336-9451 or inquire on our website for further information, we would be happy to arrange for you to have someone to talk with.
Q. I bought a timeshare 12 years ago and only used it twice. I have tried to return it to the developer, they told me that they sell time shares, not buy them. I have stopped paying the maintenance fees. I keep getting letters with more and more late fees. I also get this court type letter with all these other fees on it and it says that they will put a lien on my house, can they do this?
A. yes they certainly can do this. The letter you are referring to is called a Default Judgment. It includes fees, late fees, interest, attorney fees, court cost fees, and the lien on your house. It also causes you to have bad credit for seven years. It would be best to make your maintenance fees current and make an appointment with one of our Representatives who will make you an offer on your timeshare and help you out.

Q. Five years ago I could book a vacation with RCI or my developer and it was easy. Today, it is a full time job to get my family a desired vacation week. What has happened to the industry over the past five years?
A. The inventory that they used to draw from has been reduced by 75% or more.! The properties that were once used to book weeks for owners such as yourself are now used as cash cows for rental and Vacation Club markets. The developers also use this inventory as an inexpensive way to entice prospective timeshare buyers to the resort. Does a week in Vegas for $99 sound familiar?
Q. My children do not want our timeshare, what do I do?
A. Do not let it be inherited by them, which can most certainly happen unless you legally get the timeshare out of your name.
